For Entrepreneurs, By Entrepreneurs. The Dojo is where you come to get help to overcome your next obstacle. The supportive community will help you move forward.
Welcome to Startup Dojo September Season 10 Ep 2 where you can network with like minded entrepreneurs, share ideas, find resources, be inspired and challenged in a safe environment.
Startup life is a wonderful and sometimes rocky road, desert crossings, tests of stamina and willpower, growing teams, managing conflict, exploding heads with so many ideas.
This session will be introduced by Alyxandra Savage, therapist, expert in stress management and team building. Alyx has worked with everything from substance abusers to corporate HR, team development and therapy to her own crisis - she is herself a Skåne startup with Savage Coaching. Alyx will be giving pointers on how to deal with the particular types of stress associated with being a startup.

There’s never been a better time to get started!
Do you have a business idea but don’t know how to take it to the next level? Come and talk with experienced entrepreneurs at Startup Dojo. Test you ideas, get advice, enhance your pitch, find co-founders and investors, network with community members, or just be inspired by your fellow entrepreneurs. Objective To help more people become (successful) startup entrepreneurs. Principles For entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs The Startup Dojo is where entrepreneurs meet to help each other become more successful in their startup ventures.
Iteration through Build-Measure-Learn
“Step one is to have a strong vision. You must then test that vision against reality, and then decide whether to pivot or preserve.” – Eric Ries, author of the book The Lean Startup
Start with a Minimum Viable Product or Service
A Minimum Viable Product or Service has just those features that allow the product or service to be deployed, and no more. Then you test. Come to the Dojo to learn how.
Ideas are nothing without execution
The only way to achieve great execution is to talk about your ideas and get feedback along the way. The Dojo is a safe space to get help and support. Just do it! There is always a way. The only thing stopping you is probably lack of action. The Startup Dojo will help you get passed your next DO moment.
