There are more that 4 million apps today already and the number is increasing rapidly every day. So how do you differentiate yourself from the rest?
Regardless of what you are launching, be it a website, a mobile app, a software or any other digital platform? You are certainly not alone. Others are doing the same thing. How do you reduce the clutter, avoid crucial mistakes and prioritize what is essential now and what can wait for later?
A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is the version of a new product which allows you to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the least effort.
This session will help the businesses understand the theoretical background of what a MVP is in general, but more specifically why it can be important for their business. With a failure rate of 72% for new product development, it makes only sense to ask yourself: What is it that distinguishes those who are successful from the rest? On what path(s) do they venture to find good product-market fit correlations, not only once or twice, but continuously over time? To answer question hands-on, this session will also be about following this successful path, thinking fast from 0 to 100, staying simple, making (a lot of) mistakes, and sketching your first prototype.
Who should attend:
Social innovators with ideas to change the world for better
Upcoming or early-stage entrepreneurs, startups, teams, cooperatives
Startups and scaleups wanting to leverage digital potential
Professionals, intrapreneurs, entrepreneurship ecosystem
Note: you do not need to have a business idea to attend this session, you can meet the attendees, form a group and together develop an idea. OR you can bring your idea of an new product or an existing one.
