Welcome to this workshop where we will talk about how to leverage your company's LinkedIn and personal accounts to attract more talent and build personal brands!

LinkedIn now has over 850 million users. Every month it has over 20 million job ads and is one of the biggest talent recruitment platforms in the world. Brunswickgroup in Sweden found out that 60% of people recruited through LinkedIn will go and see the company’s LinkedIn page. After that, they will see who their colleagues are and the most active leads in the company. People want to see how active company leaders are on LinkedIn as people follow people, not companies.

How to leverage your company’s LinkedIn and personal accounts to attract more talent and build personal brands? We will discuss this and share practical tips during the workshop.

About the speaker

Indrek Põldvee, from Estonia, is a LinkedIn expert and the founder of B2B Growth. Over the last three years, they have fixed over 800 LinkedIn personal and company profiles. Trained over 3000 people how to use LinkedIn, and managed over 50 personal and company accounts. We have gotten over 5 million ERU worth of seal leads to companies and helps to build personal and company brands on LinkedIn.
