Currently CEO & Partner of Topp, a design and innovation studio with clients across the globe Google, AWS, Samsung, Volvo, Lenovo and Miele. She is also part of MINC’s board and Fast Track Capital III (a fund for startups). For many years she has been hiring designers and forming design teams. Alongside leading and mentoring individuals and startups.
