Energy management - How can you work with your brain in a sustainable way?

Welcome to a talk and workshop about managing your personal energy! We will explore things that take and give your brain energy, and you will receive tools that can help you work with your own brain in a sustainable way!

Whether you are trying to learn how to manage your ADHD, build a startup, or you are trying to find a sustainable and actually doable way to study a language, learning what takes and gives you energy can be a game-changer.

I have taught this concept to both ADHD coaching clients and language coaching clients in Japan, with great feedback.

In this event I will talk about energy management and we will do a workshop together to experience what takes and gives you energy, and how that can be helpful to work more sustainably. You will learn about digital tools that can be useful for energy management, and get exercises that you can use in your daily life after the event is over.

Agenda

17.00-17.30 Presentation: I explain the concept of energy management and what digital tools can be used to manage your energy. This part will also be live-streamed.

17.30-18.30 Workshop: we will map out what things take and give you energy so that you can understand how to work with your personal energy levels. This part will not be live-streamed, but you will receive practices that you can do yourself at home.

At the end of the event, you will receive an energy-tracking exercise and you are welcome to a follow-up event where we discuss the results!

Remember, we are all different and what feels easy for someone can be draining for someone else. We also don’t have to be self-reliant, instead, we can help each other out! 🙂

About the speaker, Sofia Malm

When I burned out at 28 years old, I learned about the concept of energy management from my Swedish occupational therapist. This was a game changer for me and has helped me work more sustainable and feel more energized overall.

I have taught this concept to both ADHD coaching clients and language coaching clients in Japan, with great feedback.
