We will welcome women in tech to find out more about our new platform FemHire that we plan to launch in autumn 2023. We will describe the functionalities and explain how we will be supporting women in tech to land jobs and gain new tech skills.

Since 2018 SmartCoding has been supporting women in tech in Sweden to gain tech education and get connected with the job market. Based on our learnings, we know there is a significant need for women to get support on their way to become software developers and later on to be able to join tech teams. On the other hand the companies and startups have expressed a wish to diversify their tech teams to be more inclusive. We would like to go beyond what we can offer now at SmartCoding and to a limited group of women only.
That is why we have been working on a new project, a platform that will allow us to offer support to women in tech without any limits as it comes to location, number of female tech talents who can sign up to receive help with developing their career in IT. The new platform is called FemHire and will be offering match-making services as well as providing opportunities for women to skill up in order to land better jobs in the IT sector, at the same time minimizing career drop outs and gender gap in tech.
At the event, taking place on August 25th, we will explain all functionalities and present the Beta version of FemHire.
