In today's meetup we will gather and talk about bitcoin's energy consumption. It is an often debated topic, as the essence of Proof Of Work requires energy as input. Often people criticize it, but does it really spend that much, and is it worth it?

What we're about

This is a group focused on learning and sharing anything around Bitcoin, and a platform to bring the Bitcoiners living in the Malmö area together. Our belief is that Bitcoin is the door to a more financially inclusive world, but for this to happen we need first to create a strong community.

We meet up IRL and discuss specific topics. You don't have to be an expert to join, just have a curious mind!
