Living in a world that is always switched on - 24/7 - impacts us mentally. This workshop aims to give us a better balance and understanding of ourselves in this new connected world, allow us to explore our identity, and look at the impacts of stress from always being connected.

As a society, thanks to the Internet, we are more connected than ever. Whilst this has brought many great benefits and opportunities, there have been some adverse effects to always being 'switched on' and accessible.

This workshop will cover the framework of a better online/offline life balance, and how we connect to our identity. It will help the attendees to identify their psychological toolkit, which essentially is the aspects of their own personalities that can aid them in understanding their own goals, aspirations, and the positive attributes that they can bring into their personal and professional lives. By knowing what our individual strengths are, we are better equipped to know how to tackle problems.

At the end of the workshop, it is expected that each participant will gain:

• An understanding of the impact of 24/7 connected world and how this affects us. 
• A better understanding and connection with their own psychological toolkit
• A better understanding of their own emotional motivations and how to capitalise on this
• A better understanding of stress and anxiety, how it can impact us, and how to implement change to ensure a healthier mindset.
