Donovan is a Principle DevOps Program Manager on the US Developer Division team in Microsoft, focusing on developer tools including Visual Studio Team Services and Team Foundation Server. Before joining Microsoft, Donovan spent seven years as a process consultant and a Certified ScrumMaster. Donovan has travelled the globe helping companies in the US, Canada, India, Germany, and the UK develop solutions using agile practices, Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server in industries including communications, healthcare, energy, and financial services. He is also an avid programmer, often finding ways to integrate software into his other hobbies and activities.
