🌿 Healing Hearts Training Course🌿
How can we better support young people and our communities affected by hate speech, exclusion, and emotional distress?
And how can we do this in ways that are trauma-sensitive, human-centered, and empowering for everyone?
We are inviting youth workers, educators, and anyone interested in learning new skills, knowledge, practices and tools to support emotional well-being and social inclusion in our communities. This 3-day training is designed as an immersive learning and reflection space focused on emotional recovery, resilience and social inclusion.
🌀 During these three days, we will explore and practice:
🧘 Mindfulness techniques for stress management and resilience
✨ Trauma-informed approaches and their relevance in youth work and social inclusion in communities
🛠️ Practical tools for facilitating emotional recovery sessions in youth groups
🗣️ Restorative practices: dialogue circles, conflict transformation, empathy-based communication
🌱 Skills for designing and delivering community workshops on healing and awareness
