An interactive conversation where experts and citizens from all walks of life explore how technology shapes how we work, and how we can keep ethics, dignity, and humanity at the heart of the future workplace.
The way we work is changing faster than ever. AI and automation are reshaping our workplaces — bringing new possibilities, but also raising big questions. How do we protect our privacy? How can we ensure that everyone has equal access to job opportunities in an automated world? And how do we care for people’s well-being in the middle of all this change?
We invite you to join an interactive conversation to slow down and reflect
We’re gathering voices from different fields — AI and exponential technologies, well-being, NGO, business, academia, civil society— and also everyday citizens who care about the future of work. Not just to debate, but to listen, exchange perspectives, and explore what really matters.
Together we’ll ask and discuss:
- What ethical principles should guide the implementation of AI in the workplace?
- How is employee privacy being shaped by new technologies?
- How do we make sure access to jobs stays fair in an automated world?
- How does AI affect workload, balance, and our sense of well-being?
This won’t be a traditional panel where experts talk and the audience listens. It will be a space for conversation, curiosity, and co-creation — where everyone’s voice has value.
The discussion is part of the 2 years long EU project TRANSFORM, which explores how we can shape the future of work — in an age of AI, automation, and robotics — with care, ethics, and humanity at the centre.

Come as you are — with your questions, your doubts, and your ideas. Let’s imagine a future of work where technology serves people, and not the other way around.
