What might shift if you gave yourself 3 days - just for you? To slow down… To listen gently to yourself and others… To come back to what truly matters, with care and presence.
This isn’t about escaping the city. It’s about rediscovering a sanctuary within it. We invite you to join us for a 3-day retreat woven into the rhythm of Malmö - a space to come home to yourself while staying connected to the world around you.
𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨:
- Cultivate self-confidence rooted in authenticity
- Strengthen your ability to connect, communicate, and collaborate with care
- Reimagine time management through clarity and ease
- Anchor yourself in daily practices of mindfulness, movement, and reflection
- Engage in creative exploration through Live Action Role Play (LARP)
- Experience non-formal learning grounded in real-life practice
- Learn and apply practical well-being and mental health tools for everyday life
- Share space with a small group of like-hearted people, walking the same path of growth

About the Organiser
NGO Well-being LAB is an educational organisation born to make well-being tools attractive and accessible to everyone. Our mission is to create a world where every individual thrives through holistic well-being, empowered by innovative, inclusive, and sustainable mental health practices. We are committed to bridging the gap in health equity by making well-being accessible to all - fostering a healthier world, together.
We bring together a team of qualified psychologists, educators, well-being practitioners, and trainers. Our work focuses on young people aged 18-30 and the youth workers who support them - both in Malmö and across Europe.
Through workshops, training courses, youth exchanges, retreats, Erasmus+ projects, and mentorship, we support individuals and communities in strengthening their mental health and personal development.
